Sleeping Effectiveness

Sleeping and waking are part of our internal clock controlled by our brain.
How much sleep should a person get each night? The amount of sleep a person needs depends a lot on his or her age. As an example babies sleep about 14-15 hours, while older people need only 7-8 hours each night. Most kids between the ages of 5 and 12 years old somewhere in between need 10 to 11 hours of sleep. Some kids might need more and some need less.

For me, if I have work at night, by the time I get home I can't sleep right away. I'll get home around 7:10am but I won't be fall asleep until 8:30am because I have to relax myself and take a shower before going to bed. But, I'll be awake around 11am or noon, so I only have 3 1/2 hr of sleep. After doing some chores, and browsing online, I'll take a nap around 4-5pm then I won't get up up until 8:30pm to get ready myself, do some stuff here in the house and cook. By the time I'm done it will be almost time for work. So pretty much I have 7hrs of sleep though day time sleeping is different from night time sleeping, but day time is my night time since I am
awake all night.

According to what I read, skipping one night's sleep can make a person irritable and inept. Once a person misses two nights of sleep, that person will have problems thinking and doing things. That if you are also awake all day long, so your brain can no longer do their normal task as well. It says that, after five nights without sleep, a person will hallucinate. Eventually, it becomes impossible for the brain to give its directions to the rest of the body without sleep.

Qantas Jet Forces Emergency Landing

A Qantas Flight from London to Australia, made an emergency landing Friday, July 25th in Manila at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, after Boeing 747-400 lost cabin pressure. According to the news from one of the passengers, that the plane, with 350 passengers and 19 crew, was enroute to Australia from London when a loud bang punched a hole in the right wing fuselage.

"The Boeing 747-400 was cruising at 29,000 feet when a loud bang rattled the plane. Video shot by a passenger shows people sitting with their oxygen masks on as the jet descended quickly to 10,000 feet. Applause erupted as the plane touched down safely."

Because of the economic situation, everything goes up in price but our wages remains the same. And, I know that many of us has hard time budgeting of the little amount that we got from our source of income.

In other words we need to have motivation on why we are doing the budget, it's not just because somebody told us.

And when we think of $6 is only a small amount but if we will put all we spent together, that would be a lot of money. So, I agree that we missed tracking our expenses that makes us out of budget.

*Get Real..like for example, if the budget for our groceries is like $ 200 a week, if we can we will stick to that. But for two of us only in our household, $200 groceries will last as 2 weeks.

*Find a system that works for you---Our budget our lifestyle and personality. Kung sosyal at magastos , and are always going out for party, of course you will be out of budget. And I agree, that even us, We don't go out that much but still we need to have on a budget so we can pay all the bills that we have.

*Stay Flexible---There are times that we like to spend, we like to buy a certain stuff for our self or for our household needs. But, the writer said on "stay flexible", be careful to make sure we have the money somewhere before we spend it.
