Sorry to say that….but I am doing business with blogsvertise for about 4 months now. You know that they are like ppp that they don’t pay you until after 30 days or even more. I like them because I can grab task even for my non-PR’s blog. But one thing that I don’t like their system, is that when they reject your post, they don’t tell you the specific reason so we can fix it like ppp. Unlike ppp, when you miss to copy the javascript for the image your post will be denied but they will give you a chance to fix the problem and resubmit afterwards.

Motorola's Tin Ear

I got the same bluetooth which was from Motorola when I first got my razor phone. But I haven't use it even once. I don't even remember where I put them away. It is just hurt my ears and I don't really need that one because I don't talk that much over the phone. Bluetooth is good when somebody calls you while you are driving to avoid accidents. Badges Day?

Well it is not really a badge, but I called the disclosure image a"badge". You know what I mean, the code that has to be put in with your post as one of the advertisers requirements. But anyway, I just noticed that today, mostly the task that I wrote has badges.
Before when my blog has a page rank of 3, I won't grab any task that has badges on it, because there was a rumor that Google will take my PR. But guess what! Google still took my PR for my "surigaobabe" blog. That's why now, I don't care if there are disclosure's image. I remember there were lots of campaigns that have badges on it but I just ignored them...a lesson I learned...

How to Ask for a Raise?

I think, we Filipinos don't really ask about raising our wages or salaries. I think it is not our nature to ask question like that. But as we all knew that, here in the U.S, it is normal to ask for a raise especially when you feel you excel or shall I say it is time for you to get a raise.
But anyway, here are some few steps you can take to obtain the raise your deserve. This is only like a excerpt or a summary on the article that I have read about careers..

First is Build your case: If you think you can ask for a raise when you are moving to a new place, that would not be a valid reason at all. But instead, evaluate your self if you can demonstrate that you have help a lot to help the business grow. For example, if you are working on retails, if you think you have sell a lot because the way you approach the customers or if you are a manager, you have managed the business successfully.

Consider also on researching the going rate.... I think it is always a good idea to investigate what others in your area with the same qualification to yours before approaching your boss for a raise. Then, before asking for a raise, consider also of having a consistent performance of your over time. Maybe your supervisors overlooked your over time work, you need to provider your head officer or your manager with a weekly status report that summarizes the assignments on or which you have just completed.

Evaluation Time..At the place where I work, every year or shall I say, every anniversary of being employed we have our evaluation. Supervisors will evaluate us base on our performance on how we do our job. Not only the job performance but many more, like how was our behaviour dealing with families, residents and co-workers.

Actually, I never tried or attempt on asking for a raise, because I am contended on the rate that they gave to me. Besides, we get an additional incentive for working at night, getting a free day off when working on holidays and working the weekend other than the benefit of having an insurance coverage, retirement benefits and more.

What a Quiet Day

Yes, it's been a quiet day today. I haven't done any task or shall I say I did not catch any opps, it maybe because it's the weekend. So I spent most of my time in bed.
